For instance, involved with Fabulous Range Sdn Bhd subsidiary of Lumchang Group for retaining wall construction and several phases of bungalows main contract projects in Twin Palm, Sg. Long, Gamuda Engineering Sdn Bhd with IBS installation work and general contracting in Gamuda Cove and kota kemuning, PJD Construction Sdn Bhd subsidiary of OSK group’s development and Sime Darby Development Sdn Bhd, Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd for high rise projects and Nadi Cergas Sdn Bhd for JKR General Hospital project widely in Central Region, Horizon Hills Development Sdn Bhd and actively undertaking several projects in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, and Klang Valley tight-up joint ventured with Al-Ambia Sdn Bhd in access of RM 100 Millions. Another premier project is with IJM Construction for Iskandar Investment Berhad to building the University of Reading Malaysia (UoRM) which was completed. Follow by several project completed and ongoing with Malaysia Marine Heavy Engineering (MMHE) in Pasir Gudang, Johor and Samsung C&T in Pengerang, Johor, Sin Sin Construction Sdn Bhd and Sungrand Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru that enhance our capability and recourses to the market development.
