The company setup is of a simple type, focused on difference aspects of the construction, engineering and management fields, now expended as one of the G7 CIDB registered construction company and expending our business and built our name as international competitive builder and widely recognised safety and health compliance practices to grow into well-known and widely accepted as a stamp of exceptional quality and performance in the construction and services of all kinds of directions.

Cheang Cheow Syen, Joesen

Founder & Managing Director

Born in 1981, native of Gurun, Kedah. Bsc (Hons) in Construction Management, and a Msc in Project Management from Sheffield Hallam University, UK obtained in October 2005. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at TARUMT, Kuala Lumpur. He is also a Certified Fellow Builder, FACCPM of Association of Certified Construction & Project Development Management (ACCPM), Professional member of Malaysia Green Building Council (PmGBC), member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), member of Malaysia Institute of Management (MMIM), Certified member of Association of Construction Project Managers Malaysia (MACPM), member of Technological Association Malaysia (MTAM), Professional Technologists from Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), MCIOB Chartered Builder, & Council member of Chartered Institute of Building, (CIOB) UK, Certified Construction Manager (CCM) & Certified Construction Project Manager (CCPM) by Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), Malaysia and Green Book Registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO) by Department of Safety and Health (DOSH).

Law Fong Li, Rudy

Founder & Executive Director

Born in 1980, from the hometown of Kerayong, Pahang. He graduated from United Kingdom Sheffield Hallam University with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management in September 2007. His earlier involvements in the building industry include working in a building contractors office and a period in a developer firm. He is also a Professional Technologists, member of Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT).

Law Fong Pang

Project Director

Born in 1974, from the hometown of Kerayong, Pahang. He graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TARC) with a Diploma in Building in 1998. He has over 25 years’ experience in all kind of general construction and building specialist such as water treatment plant, infra works, shopping mall, landed housing, etc. He also an expert and good track record in perform as project main contractor managerial role to lead the construction team for many high-rise landmark projects in Klang Valley and Selangor.

Liau Hui Kiem

Contract Director

Born in 1978 in Rasa, Hulu Selangor, she is an experienced professional in the construction industry with over 25 years of expertise. She holds a degree from Heriot-Watt University in Construction Management and has built a successful career specializing in building and commercial projects.

With her strong knowledge and skills, she has effectively managed various contracts, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Yu Ming Ying

Finance Director

Born in 1982, from the City of Cat – Kuching, Sarawak. She graduated from University of Utara, Kedah, Malaysia in 2006 with a Bachelor of Accounting. She provides a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s financial health and risk management towards sustainable growth. She is also joined Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) as member in year 2009.
